Yelawolf at the Intersection

So, Yela played in Grand Rapids. If you didn’t go, you were sleepin! Yelawolf’s show was dope, a nice 40 minute set that wasn’t too much, and left you wanting a little more. He never stopped the show to do any preachy shit, do seemingly never ending accapellas, nor did he have a bunch of dudes on the stage all equipped with mics. It was just him and his dj, and they laid down a dope set.

Downside: He was really into the fact that some people call Grand Rapids “Gun Ru/Gun Rule”

I am so diggin this dudes new album, Peanut Butter Blues & Meloncholy Jam. He is a prety cool dude has well. Had a few twitter “conversations” with him and he was crazy humble and nice.

But his new video for “Survive it” is crazy good and reminds me of Kevin’s favorite movie, Harry Browns
